Welcome to Impact Detailing. By booking a service or leaving your vehicle in our care, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both our business and your expectations. Please review them carefully.
Services Offered
Impact Detailing provides in-shop professional automotive care, including:
- Full interior and exterior detailing
- Paint decontamination and protection services
- Ceramic coating applications
- Window tinting
- Additional services such as fabric protection, odour removal, and floor mat sales, etc.
All services are performed at our shop location under controlled conditions by trained professionals using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We operate by appointment only to ensure every vehicle receives the time and attention it deserves.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
- To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payments & Deposits
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept cash, debit, major credit cards, and e-transfer.
- Select services such as ceramic coatings or window tinting may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
- Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and potential collection efforts.
Vehicle Condition & Customer Obligations
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known vehicle issues prior to service, including:
- Pre-existing damage, electrical concerns, or malfunctioning components
- Aftermarket equipment or sensitive features (e.g., sensors, alarms, wrapped surfaces)
- Any conditions that may affect service delivery
- We recommend all personal items and valuables be removed before drop-off. Impact Detailing is not liable for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
While every precaution is taken, the client agrees to release Impact Detailing from liability for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Damage resulting from previously failed paint, neglected surfaces, or poor-quality aftermarket products
- Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to detailing services
- All work is performed at the customer’s risk, and vehicles are accepted under this understanding.
Service Expectations
We aim for the highest quality results. However, due to factors such as vehicle age, wear, and material condition:
- Not all stains, scratches, or defects can be fully removed
- Odors and deep contamination may require multiple treatments or additional services
- Time estimates are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on vehicle condition
Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have concerns after your service, please contact us within 24 hours. For services such as ceramic coating or tinting, specific warranty details will be provided at the time of application.
Changes to Terms
Impact Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website and will supersede any previous versions.
